Common questions.
Why pay bills here instead of my bank or Quickteller?
Because the naira you just got from selling a card or USDT is sitting in your Payroid wallet. Paying DStv from that wallet is one tap; moving it to your bank, then to Quickteller, then paying, is four steps and three reconciliation headaches.
What if the bill doesn't apply to my account?
We validate every account number against the provider in real time before the wallet is debited. If validation fails, nothing leaves your balance. If validation passes but the provider rejects the payment, we auto-reverse within an hour.
Do you charge a service fee on bills?
We charge what the bill biller charges plus a small flat fee for the rail. The exact split shows on the trade screen before you confirm.
Can I set up auto-pay?
On the roadmap — schedules and auto-renew on data bundles are part of the v1.1 release. For now everything is one-tap manual.
