Payroid is a Lagos-based fintech rebuilding the rails for Nigerian cash-out. The app sells gift cards for naira, pays bills directly from a naira balance, and converts USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL and BNB to naira — all at a locked rate, with a five-minute payout target backed by an auto-bonus when missed, and signed receipts. Operated by Payroid Synergy Limited (RC 9553657), incorporated 17 May 2026 with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission under CAMA 2020.

We're building the boring fintech. The one that does exactly what the screen says, every single time. Three rules we won't break — locked rates, five-minute payouts, real humans on chat.
Payroid founding team
Quoting one rate and settling at another isn't a market mechanic. It's a category-wide bug. We want to be the people fixing it.
Payroid founding team
Trust in Nigerian cash-out is on the floor. The fix isn't a flashier app — it's putting the defaults in writing and being liable when they break.
